Es begann mit einem telefonischen Interview mit einem Mitarbeiter von HR, gefolgt von einem persönlichen Interview mit zwei technischen Leads in dem technisches Know how abgefragt wurde.
Als letzter Schritt gab es ein weiteres Interview mit meinem zukünftigen technischen Lead (war im vorherigen Gespräch auch dabei) und dem Leiter der HR Abteilung

Really relaxing interview process directly with the engineers. No pressure. They just want to know what you really know. They care only that you're honest. Don't try to trick them. Be nice.

Question 1
What is difference between ArrayList Object and List in Java.
The process was divided into two parts, first an interview with HR in Germany. They missed the first interview and I had to contact them to reschedule. All contacts with HR in Germany were complicated and time-consuming. The second interview was with members of the Porto team for which I was interviewed and was a simple way to find out what my knowledge was in the specific area. The contacts with people in Porto RH and devs were always much better than those in Germany.
