They value culture fit the most and other qualities related to leadership, self-motivation and personal values.

Basic fit questions: - Tell me about yourself - Where you see yourself in 5 years - Are you ok with travelling internationally after 2 years Case interview: Could get a bit difficult here but you will receive good guidance from VP Finance. Mostly working with Excel and Pivot Table. Then draw data insight and possible actions.

Called up by hr on prescribed date.
Easy and basic interview with hr. Asked about my previous job, experience, skills gained, family background.
Then cfo round , short but hard interview. Focus mainly on transfer pricing, coprorate laws related to csr issues.
Also general IQ tesquestions were asked. But handle it smoothly.
