One option in-person interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes with a panel of three people. They are really kind and friendly which made the atmosphere better. Same questions for all of the candidates and the results come the next day

Tour of plant and then sit down formal interview. Did not receive an interview request for a month after applying. After the interview, HR text my cell phone and asked I call them. Was told this job would be 70% physical and asked if I was capable of performing at such. Job description did not mention anything about the job being 70% physical. Received an email 2 weeks later I didn’t get the position. Kwiklok reposted the position after I received my email.
