I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Düsseldorf) in Nov 2025
Interview
My first interview for the Supply Chain Internship at L’Oréal was conducted by an HR representative and had a friendly, conversational tone. After a short introduction about the company and the role, the recruiter asked me to talk about my background, focusing on experiences connected to logistics, operations, and problem solving. We discussed my motivation for joining L’Oréal, why supply chain interests me, and how I handle fast paced environments. The HR interviewer also asked a few behavioral questions such as how I deal with unexpected changes or how I work in a team, in order to understand my way of working. The conversation ended with an overview of the next steps in the process and some time for my questions. Overall, it felt structured but relaxed, with a strong emphasis on personality, curiosity, and cultural fit.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Clark, NJ) in June 2025
