At the assessment centre, we had a presentation in the morning and then an interview in the afternoon. For the presentation, we were sent a case study and tasks to do before the assessment centre. On the day, we had 20 mins to present back our case study. For the interview, we were tested on L’Oréal Competencies which are Ambition, Resilience, Empathy, Judgement and Learning Agility.
