      Open Role Marketing Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hong Kong)

      Interview

I had the most weird interview at L'Oreal's office in Hong Kong with Lin. It started off quite general. After going into the details about my previous role, she requested me to disclose my previous client's budget and the revenue they had generated with it. After I explained that I can't share these kind of information as it is confidential, she wouldn't drop the topic and after 3 times I had to indicate roughly the budget. I found this very unprofessional. The whole interview made me very uncomfortable after that.

      Question 1

Why do you want to work for L'Oreal? What was your biggest challenge? How much was your client's budget? How much was their revenue? What would you do differently?
