Interview
I filled in the application online, after which I completed online numerical, linguistic and cultural tests and then proceeded to the phone interview stage. The phone interview lasted for about 20 minutes.
Video questions - pre-recorded questions and pretty simple, discussing an example of where you worked as a team etc.
The there was a series of multiple choice questions if you made it through and it was maths based, brain teasers etc

I had a great interview experience, with plenty of support provided throughout the process. I really appreciated the regular updates on my application status and the helpful reminders to complete each stage of the testing process. The communication was clear and consistent, which made everything feel well-srganized and stress-free.
