I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hammersmith, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Online application was required firstly, and then after being notified by email, online tests were sent to myself. Then I had a phone interview once my application and tests were approved and my scores met the bench mark. Following this I had an assessment day which consisted of a case study with a presentation, a group exercise, and two 1:1 interviews. Finally, I had another phone interview which is not typical but the manager who was taking on this intern position wanted to interview me and another candidate. From this, I got an offer.

Interview
Phone interview mix with an interview with manager. Mainly asking about work and past job while giving scenarios for you to solve. Long wait and very slow response though but overall not bad
