The HR Director wasn't familiar with my Resume when I arrived, actually I was expecting to be interviewed at the beginning with another person of the HR team, who contact me when I was doing my Internship at Paris, this person was outside of Mexico and he didn't have the attention to prevent myself. I was really upset because they didn't arrange an interview with some Director's, until I asked for... at the end even I had great feedback of my performance from the Director at Paris, where she recommend to the Filial I was an excellent human resource who could become a Brand Manager.

Nice and professional team, they kept a professional tone. I didn't get the job in the end but it did get a good impression of the company. i did howeverer get the impression of a quite complicated internal structure with many people to keep track of.
