You get three steps including HR, head of audit, and case study. The interview process is rather developing fast. All interviewers are highly experienced people and can get bored if you lengthen answers but they are nice and informative people

Interview
First with L'oreal partner HR and then HR and then manager of the service in French. Each process was quite pleasant and they encourage to you to share your experience and ask questions. No official decline letter even though they said that they will contact you anyhow after the Manager interview.
