You apply online and then get invited to do a recording interview. This is the one where they as a question and you have to record your answer. You get a couple of questions and 1 minute to think about it. Then you have 1 minute to answer.

Interview
The interview consisted of a group exercise and an individual interview. The individual interview was a set of standard HR questions - introducing yourself, why the role, 'describe a situation when...' questions. These were more about personal experiences and values, rather than unique to marketing. I did not receive any case study question in my individual interview.

Interview
Very friendly and reasonable interview process. Had an opportunity to learn more about the company as well. It assessed many different skills from interpersonal skills to data analysis. The process seemed very fair and open.
