Interview
The interviewer spent most of the session talking about his own career and personal connections, rather than engaging with my application or qualifications. There was very little discussion about the role itself or how I might fit into the team. In the end, he simply commented that my expected salary was too high, without offering any constructive feedback or dialogue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that lacked professionalism and focus.

Completely rude to job seekers!!!
The HR doesn’t even review your CV and somehow calls you for an interview despite not meeting the job requirements?
At the company, a manager reviews your CV at the front desk and loudly declares you’re unsuitable. During the interview, they’re extremely rude with a terrible attitude, saying your previous part-time job only paid HK$80, so why did you list such a high expected salary? (HR had already asked about my expected salary on WhatsApp before inviting me for the interview.) They also said I had no medical beauty experience, so why did I even come for the interview? (The job ad clearly stated two years of retail experience, which I meet.) Finally, they said right in front of me that they’d tear up my application form. (Honestly, I don’t care how you handle unsuitable candidates’ forms, but you don’t need to deliberately tell me!)
Please stop treating job seekers like this. It’s fine if I’m not suitable, but there’s no need to publicly humiliate me.

The interviewer did not review the resume before the interview. When I arrived and filled out the form, they found that my experience or salary was not suitable for their company. They only asked me a few questions, and the entire process took around 10 minutes. It was a waste of time to prepare for the interview and also the transportation time.
