After applying, a lady from HR invited me to participate in the recruitment process. After two interviews, I was asked to prepare and present a design challenge. Given the open-ended nature of the brief, the preparation required significant effort and took approximately 6–7 hours.
At the time, I had very limited availability, so I needed two very long nights to prepare the challenge. I presented my work in a third interview with the design team, and I believe it went really well.
The following day, on Friday, the HR lady (with a French name) asked me to complete a two-hour IQ test over the weekend. I was surprised by how insensitive this request was. I had informed you I was exhausted after the design challenge and that I had a planned trip for a few days, which made me unavailable during those days.
However, as soon as I returned home on Monday evening, I emailed her to confirm my availability, but I received no response. I later learned that you had excluded me from the process, apparently because she had a day off on Tuesday and wanted to close the process before her leave. I understand she valued her personal time, but her decision showed a complete disregard for mine. For me, this is a completely insensitive and unprofessional attitude.
I emailed her a final time to clarify and ask her to reconsider. But she ghosted me.
I reported the situation to Link Mobility, but nothing was done. I guess the recruitment was handled according to Link Mobility standards.
