Short ,sweet to the point. They asked general questions around childcare scenarios. They asked about experience and why you are leaving current job. They asked about pay expectaions and how you are working a team. They asked about conflict resolution with children amd colleagues.

Laidback, straightforward, basic questions. Interviewed with senior staff, was monitored for performance for a couple of days in the classroom to measure classroom and staff fit, got the offer in person and accepted.
