Interview
Interview process was easy. I was told to do a written test and transcribe a 10-minute long audio. User interview was fun, the interviewers were nice and didn’t ask much about technical matters. Only asked about how you resolve issues and deal with complaints from clients etc.

What will you do when you receive complaints from clients in the middle of tight deadlines?
Very well structured and understandable. Timely and pleasant as well. The interview process was smooth. I think it was one of the best interview I have ever had in my life.
