LPL Financial VP, IT interview questions

Very unprofessional, I met with HR who was great and then a panel interview was scheduled with me where only one person showed up and she was texting on her phone and chatting with colleagues on her pc for roughly 80 percent of the interview. It was clear they had no desire even listen to me or consider me. They already had a candidate and were just checking a box. This is the first time in my life a hiring manager pulled their phone out to text during an interview I was in. Highly unprofessional.
