LRW Research Assistant interview questions

My very first interview lasted 20 minutes. It was very shallow, they just asked specific questions about skills needed for the job. There was no conversation or welcoming vibes. I applied for the job, the next day they send me three questions to complete, and the following day they send me a calendar entry and a deck to go over the company’s mission, values, and career opportunities.
