Fair interview process but hr policy is not good,,,,, they will start interview process without listening your expectations but when you clear intv and have negotiation they will try to hire you on max 25% bracket.

Good question... Good vibes. Coding round was there , good technical questions , sql , snowflake and airflow... Good skill ..... Communication... Sql.. airflow .. snowflake related ... Python ... Basic things
One of my most challenging interview experiences occurred early in my career, during a panel interview where it became clear that the interviewers hadn’t reviewed my resume. The questions were scattered, some unrelated to the role, and at times, contradictory. I did my best to stay calm and adapt, but the lack of structure and engagement made it difficult to build rapport or present myself clearly.
While the experience was discouraging at the time, it taught me to stay composed under pressure, ask clarifying questions, and assess a company's interview culture more carefully. It reinforced the importance of mutual fit — not just being evaluated, but also evaluating whether the environment is one I want to grow in.
