Started with a phone screen talking to HR about my basic qualifications. From there, I was very quickly referred to the hiring manager for my next interview, and set that up for a few days later. Speaking to the hiring manager was very comfortable and productive. They then told me they wanted to proceed with the next round with another technical writer from the team. Once again, I was quickly scheduled for an interview a few days later. Unfortunately, the person I was supposed to interview with ended up being unavailable and they had me talk to somebody else who seemed rather uninterested from the get-go. This round of interviews was very short and unsurprisingly, I got a rejection email a few days later. Up until that point, LVT seemed like a great place to work and I was genuinely hoping that I was given a shot (obviously), however the process ended abruptly without much communication.
