I wanted to share my feedback regarding the hiring process. After investing my time in the application and interview process, I find it highly unprofessional and disrespectful to be left without any communication regarding the final decision. Candidates dedicate time and effort to prepare for interviews, and the least that should be expected is a clear update—whether positive or negative. Failing to provide closure not only wastes a candidate’s time but also reflects poorly on the company’s hiring practices. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future candidate experiences.
