If you are experienced in the apparel industry, you'll recognize Michael's ego and customary lack of education/ experience aside from this company. Its not a great place to be, to grow. Those that thrive there adopt a similar mentality to Michael and plow through problems without actually thinking (Jaclyn is queen of this)
