It was basically a panel interview, the supervisor and the lab manager went back and forth asking questions. It was a very straightforward interview. They focused more on behavioral questions and what ifs, the questions weren’t really technical at all.

The process starts with phone screening first. And then after 2 weeks, I was called for an in person interview. The whole process was smooth and well organized. The recruiter was very nice and the interview was smooth.
