I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Landcom (Sydney) in Mar 2025
Interview
Open discussion with senior leadership. They asked questions, and we had an open chat. One of the interviewers was very personable, whilst the other was fairly cold and did not give a good sense that they would be a supportive manager. They were not clear which one would be the line manager (both had same title), which was confusing. Hard to determine if they would be a good fit and feel comfortable as a result.

Interview
Very nice team, very nice offices, Very Linear line of questioning with limitied availability to expand on experiences, felt like a check box excercise more so than a review of actual culture fit and capability
