Language Services Direct interview questions

I received a message 3 days after applying asking me to complete a video interview in the next 2 working days or to reach out if I needed more time, which I did. I asked for the timing of the interview to be extended by a day. I received no reply. I completed the interview and messaged back to confirm. I received no reply. A few days letter I messaged them to ask for feedback. That was over a month ago. So far I have received no reply.
