Latin American Association interview questions

I received a call from the Director of Development and she asked me a few questions about my experience. I was then asked to submit writing samples. Overall, the experience was pretty straight forward. I don't think I had the qualifications they were looking for.

I was scheduled for an in-person interview with the department manager in an assistant. They asked me about my background and experience in every field. The interviewers were great and made me feel really comfortable. They asked me both in English and Spanish, to prove my proficiency because that is the most important part of the job due the clients.
