      Customer Service Representative Interview

      17 Oct 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Covent Garden, England
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Laundrapp (Covent Garden, England) in June 2017

      Interview

The first round was with a manager and took about one hour, it was mostly nice chat about the company, their expectations and my experiences. The second one was sitting with people, watching what they are doing and quick chat with one of founders. The office is very close to the station as well. I didn't take the job eventually as I was looking for something a bit different, however, the company seems to be good and people there very lovely.
