Spoke briefly on expectations and demonstrated all the kitchen abilities I possessed and learnt new ones. It was important to obtain food safety certificates prior to the interview however, it was a simple and straightforward interview that was advantageous in the job selection. Team work and flexibility was also emphasised as the kitchen is shared with the head chef and sous chef so it was imperative to be an active listener to ensure minimal harm.
