Great interview overall and provided a lot on needed information. Potentially a great opportunity but must be willing to dig in and do the work necessary to succeed. Does require some long days and knowledge in the profession.

Short and sweet, manager was asking pretty basic questions to get a feel for character and was straight up about many difficulties of the job, especially long hours on the road, and emphasized the draw was the high paycheque. Training began shortly after

Interview
You will likely meet with the local operations manager. This person oversees the territory and leads the success of the office, covering sales to installation. There is a separate install manager but in general you’ll report to the sales / operations manager. Interview takes place in-office.
