PROCESS: 1) Filled out the list of questions online 2) 30 mins phone interview 3) 30 mins mock sales exercise ASSESSMENT: Overall application experience was positive. Read other reviews with negative sentiments regarding the requirement to answer upfront questions and while admittedly it is extra frontend work, I found it helpful as it made me more mindful of fit and whether have real desire to pursue this position. The sales exercise could have been a bit more structured but overall fine. Ultimately they decided to go with candidate that had more direct sales experience and I can understand that position. Also asked and received feedback to help with my continued development which was appreciated.
