first 15 min with hr the rest with two associate. the firstpart was based on general questions about the cv so studies, passed expereince. Instead the second partwas based on two cases study about colateral and abuse o dominance position.

It was very calm and casual atmosphere. It was more of a informational conversation that highlighted more of the advancement of a position rather than the day to day operations.
