Ledger Customer Service Representative interview questions

Great, HR lady was nice and overall process was good. People should prepare accordingly. Only issue was that they look too plainly at resume and not so much beyond. Which was very surprising, i believe resume is important, but in a new industry i believe there are factors that may be better indicators.
