First, a phone interview is scheduled. Then, if you're considered a culture fit and have decent answers you will get moved to a face to face interview with a few supervisors. The questions you will get asked are pretty straight forward and centered around if you have a passion for beer, if you work well in a production setting, but mostly to see if you are a company fit.
