Pre-interview included a questionnaire about food security and knowledge of systems in Canada, and an excel document to navigate to demonstrate skills.
Interview was conversation style, relaxed, and showed great team dynamic with colleagues.

You’re in a situation where you’re told that a volunteer has expressed racist or discriminatory statements toward donation recipients. How do you respond?
