I met with the founders for a Zoom interview. It was fairly informal and the conversation seemed to flow well. They then ghosted me after the interview, even after I sent a follow-up email a week later. Radio silence. Look, I understand not getting the job, but them not responding at all speaks volumes about their character. I am not sure why ghosting by employers has become so common, but here we are. It should be a red flag that they failed to give me bare minimum respect and courtesy so I could get closure about the position. If you go onto interview or work here, proceed with caution.
