I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Gladstone, MO) in Mar 2011
Interview
My interview was on the spot as soon as I walked in asking if they were hiring. With my interview the manager looked at my resume and then after a few questions she hired me. Most of the time they will take your application and set up a group interview first and then do call backs.
