I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Tulsa, OK) in June 2014
Interview
I went into the store with my cousin who was choosing a frame. I was having a casual conversation with one of the associates who asked me if I wanted to apply. I applied in the store, and a week later the manager called me for an interview. During the interview she asked me to tell her a little about myself and told me I had the job. There were no other questions.

Interview
The interview process was very easy. I only had one interview with the store manager and a key holder. I heard back relatively quickly afterwards, they called to confirm salary and interested then I received an offer.
Simple interview. They want to know about you, your experience and what makes you want to work there and why you would be a good choice to work for there company.
