I applied in-person. I interviewed at Leo's Coney Island (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
I just went in and asked if they were hiring. The manager happened to be who I asked. So she asked for my availability and then put me on the schedule to train the following week and told me what to wear. I was sent the schedule two days after coming in, and I came in for training. It was really quick and easy, and there was no interview, and after a week if training I started serving on my own.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Leo's Coney Island (Novi, MI) in June 2016
Interview
Very quick and easy. Walked into the restaurant and asked for a job application and they interviewed me right on the spot. All he asked was if I've ever been a waitress before and what my availability was. After that, I was hired and asked to work the next day.
