Interview
After they have evaluated my CV and found it was satisfying I was called for an interview. There was 10 best candidates. One by one was called for an interview. There was 4 people inside who didn't even introduced themselves. Interview took only a few minutes with few brief questions including salary expectations (which I think was the most important one).
