Lerners LLP interview questions

I have never seen a company that rejects someone after asking for referrals following a final interview and getting details from them. Also, at each stage, they delayed and did not provide clear answers. I am glad that I didn't wait for them and accepted another offer. It totally makes sense why the Glassdoor reviews speak negatively on current management.

The interview process was fairly straight forward and positive. Basic questions were asked about previous customer service roles, experience in the legal field, why you wanted to work for the company, etc.
