      ` benefits started on day one

      Cons

      ` half the lawyers don't show up at the office and work from home, even if they say they are coming in ` some lawyers will shunt everything onto their support staff and only give cursory glances to review ` HR is not trustworthy, nor is the company keen on helping staff with mental health issues ` you have no idea there is a problem until it is too late - they would rather have HR terminate than find solutions
