Received a call after 6pm asking to answer some questions, they sent me a long email questionnaire, then an in-person interview meeting several people and taking some basic software/art tests, lasted roughly 2 hours. The next phase would have been completing another creative test for no compensation. I declined to continue, as it is mandatory to work 45 hour weeks and the salary wasn't worth the extra hours out of my life. I was then told I was not chosen in an email a few days later. Kind of a waste of time, overall, they probably should tell you hours vs salary up front.
It does seem like the people who work there enjoy their jobs and I would have liked working with them, but the hours vs salary weren't worth it for me.
