The interview itself felt pretty uncomfortable. It was a virtual interview with two team members, and both were extremely quiet with long pauses throughout the conversation. The overall energy felt very low, and it honestly came across like they weren’t very engaged or enthusiastic.
Because of that, the interview felt awkward and harder to navigate than most interviews I’ve had. It didn’t feel like a natural conversation, and it was difficult to feel comfortable or fully show my personality and experience. Honestly just felt like a staring contest.

great! all of the interviewers were extremely kind and patient. it is always a good idea to come prepared with questions and behavioral answers with examples from past experiences. however, the entire process was very early managed due to the great HR system and employee.
