The interview itself felt pretty uncomfortable. It was a virtual interview with two team members, and both were extremely quiet with long pauses throughout the conversation. The overall energy felt very low, and it honestly came across like they weren’t very engaged or enthusiastic.
Because of that, the interview felt awkward and harder to navigate than most interviews I’ve had. It didn’t feel like a natural conversation, and it was difficult to feel comfortable or fully show my personality and experience. Honestly just felt like a staring contest.

I received a call to come to an interview in person in the store. I talked to the store general manager once and received an offer before I left that day. I started within two weeks once paperwork went through.
