First face to face for technical logic and reliability, then I had telephonic technical round for around half hour for basics and project planning strategies. They asked me from basics and to experienced questions, from head to tail.

Interview
I applied for software engineer position. They conducted 4 rounds of interviews(all are technical).
Included one final round with CEO. All questions were easy not so difficult.
First round: Telephonic. Most of the questions are easy and all are theoretical.
Second round: Another technical round little bit depth.
Third round: Skill test to make an app with my skills (Ruby on Rails)
Fourth round: Algorithms round /pair programming with CEO .
