I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Level Access
Interview
I've interviewed with Level Access. I'd worked with them right before as a client at my previous company. My experience and skills perfectly aligned with the role. Even so, I was not extended an offer. Just got through the first interview. Recently I applied for another position and was told I wasn't the greatest fit for the previous role, or this one. They were happy with my work when they were a client. So I don't understand. I'm starting to think it is my demographic. They don't seem very diverse at all, and I have three strikes against me demographically.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Level Access (Washington, DC) in Feb 2025
Interview
My initial interview with a recruiter took place in February, and I was told to expect three additional rounds. The first was with a manager, followed by a panel with two of their peers, and finally a one-hour presentation to the hiring manager. The entire process stretched from February to May, at which point I was not offered the position.
I was then invited to interview for a different role, but the process restarted from the beginning. After another month, I was once again not extended an offer.
I proactively requested feedback from the hiring team to understand how I could improve for future opportunities. They agreed to provide it but ultimately never followed through.
Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of communication throughout the process. Timelines were unclear, follow-ups were delayed or nonexistent, and commitments were not honored.

Question 1
What is your rough 30-60-90 day plan outlining how you would approach your first three months in the role?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Level Access (Denver, CO) in Sept 2022
Interview
I was reached out to my a recruiter on LinkedIn and immediately was interested in what the position was! I had some trouble on the first interview accessing Microsoft Teams but the recruiter was happy to do a phone call instead. From there on, I chatted with the VP of Sales and then moved onto the presentation with my manager and the same VP. The presentation went really well and I got great feedback. I ended my interview process chatting with the chief people officer who really sold me on joining. I had another offer the same day and the people at LA sold me.
I got the offer the same afternoon and after a quick negotiation I signed the following day! The whole process was so quick and smooth.
