Libas (India) interview questions

Video call with HR head, F2f with HR Head, F2f with founder. Founder seemed sweet. HR Head seemed confused. HR Head didn't have the clarity on what needs to be done.

There was one telephonic round and then two virtual rounds and then they called me for a face to face round wherein they just asked me to give my introduction and told me my experience was less. The question here is they already knew this still called me for a face to face round which is a complete time and money waste. Very unprofessional behaviour. They told me the face to face would be with the MD but the HR person who had already taken my interview took it again and I was asked to leave in 5 minutes
