The process is fairly straight forward (Questionnaire, Initial interview, Background check and Assessments, Panel Interview, Assessments) but it takes a long time to move from one step to the next.
started with a screening interview online and passed that and i was invited to in person interview at the regional branch
the process was not bad and it was fast under two weeks
Online interview with recruiter
Than in person interview with manager
Psychommetric tests are conducted
Had the first interview via teams calls win the recruiter , basic questions about prior experience and my education and my understanding of the job
