Pretty big waste of time. They ask you to do 2 extensive interviews with people with internet problems then ask you to solve an issue for them live during the call. Not an ideal interview for a candidate. Didn’t plan on returning for a 3rd interview. Either the person has the track record & ability to do the job or not. The live interviewing really does nothing for the process. Very much a waste of time. They need to get the interview process together because at this rate nobody will want to work this position.
