They interviewed me by phone. As I was a little nervous as English it is not my mother tongue, the interviewer was quite easy to understand. It was a relaxed interview by two members of Lidl. It took 15 minutes and they asked a checklist of questions which were mainly based on experience and experiences I’ve faced in customer service.

What would I describe excellent customer service as
First there is an online assessment to be completed then if successful invite to in person interview. The interview is generally with the store manager and the area manager. However this could be a store manager and deputy store manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Hove, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
It was good and very interactive. I was interviewed by two managers and I was asked a bunch of question. Just be confidant and flow with the questions. I’d rate it a 7/10.
