First there was a sort of multiple choice test to check mathematical skills. After that, a test dealing with how, given the duration of certain activities, a map and a number of tasks, the interviewed person would plan the activities in order to carry all of them out in a day of work. Finally there was an ordinary interview with a panel of interviewers.
